In modern football, the difference between victory and defeat is often measured in centimeters, seconds, and resilience. The physical preparation coach has become as vital as the head coach, ensuring that elite players can sustain peak performance while avoiding injuries.
The KA-Performance Method was developed by Juan Enrique “Kike” Arroyo, a fitness coach with 20+ years of experience across top divisions in Mexico, national teams, and international competitions, including the CONCACAF League.

Core Methodology

  • Baseline testing of fitness, mobility, and neuromuscular control.
  • Data-driven load profiles using EPTS and GPS technologies.
